THIS IS THE WAY WE WORK:

WE INVEST IN YOU by spending time, money and expertise to prepare, market and sell your property.

  1. We put a lot of emphasis on preparing a property for market and will not put it in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) until it is ready. On average, 1-3 weeks are needed to make a house ready for Buyers to see. We only get one chance to make a first impression and are committed to making it count! We want you to get the best possible selling price in the least amount of time!
  2. We use only the BEST professionals to highlight the unique selling features of your property. Accredited Staging Professionals® and Professional Real Estate Photographers know how to transform and reveal your home’s greatest qualities so that it looks its best!
  3. Once your home is staged, photographed and posted in the MLS, we utilize hundreds of internet platforms and social media to connect with Buyers. To that we add Printed Mailings, Phone Calling Agents, Brokers’ Tours, Open Houses, Email Campaigns and good ‘ole face-to-face Door Knocking. We do not stop until your house is SOLD!
  4. We schedule a weekly Marketing Status Update call with you. This is our chance to discuss our marketing strategies, the feedback received and how we want to proceed.
  5. Once a contract is signed, we are meticulous with the details so that everyone involved is informed and up to date. We keep everything moving forward to get you to closing!
